Greeted by Crystal, who had a great attitude and was very informative about the amenities, including the hotel bar and breakfast. Close to Progressive Field and the Casino, and a short drive to The Flats. Room very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

The property was cute and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved everything about it except the loud music that played until close to 1 am. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. Our room was in the second floor so we are not sure if it was the rooftop bar or the venue across the street.

Looked just like the pictures. Very clean. Only thing i would say is it only had one bathroom and that bathroom is located inside the master room so the other guest had to come in that room to use the bathroom so just be prepared for that. Other than that loved the area and place.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were not. We were happy there was a bar/restaurant but the food and service were mediocre. To be fair, the serving staff was not adequate in number but the servers working were hustling and as attentive as possible. Kudos to the young woman at the front desk…extremely nice and helpful. Small but functional gym is available.

Good location for Cleveland clinic and a descent restaurant on the 1st floor
